Measurements

1. Height (NO shoes) Stand against a wall with SHOES OFF, measure your height from the top of your head to the bottom of your heel.

2. Height (WITH shoes) Do the same with SHOES ON, choose the shoes you are jumping in.

3. TORSO From the base of your neck (jugular fossa – you can find bending your head down to the chest, the place where chin touches the chest is your jugular fossa) to your groin.

4. Inseam Measure from your groin to the floor along the INSIDE of your leg, feet are together, SHOES OFF.

5. The length from the jugular fossa to the shoulder mark. Measure from the jugular fossa to the shoulder mark (the visible bone of your shoulder).

6. Arm Measure from the shoulder mark down to the wristbone.

7. Chest The circumference should be taken with the tape at the nipples. Deep breath in, exhale half way, measure.

8. Waist Measure at the belly button.

9. Hips Measure the widest part of your hips.

10. Total suit height Standing with your feet 80 centimeters apart, measure from the base of your throat to the floor at the outside of your foot, SHOES OFF.

11. Hip Measure the widest part of your hip.

12. Shin Measure the widest part of your shin.

13. Bicep Bend your arm to not quite 90 and give a bit of a flex. Measure the widest part of your biceps.

14. Shoulders Measure between two shoulder marks.

15. From the cervical spine to the loin. Measure from the cervical spine (the seemed bone of your neck) to the loin (back side at the level of belly button).
